Hotel Aegean Mykonos

We had a great view, and the location was convenient, near the port and city center while still feeling very quiet. Sofia and Lakovos were really nice, and the cleaning lady was friendly and did a great job. The airport transfer was well organized. My one suggestion would be to improve the shower. Highly recommended.

The pool area was our favorite, with an ocean view and usually hardly anyone there. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the center and port. Staff and reception were nice throughout, and they let us check in early and check out late. We also got free rides to and from the airport. Our room was cleaned and had a small capsule coffee machine, cutlery, a mini fridge and a boiler. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom. I'd recommend it for couples.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean with a great sea view. Mykonos Town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast could be better, and the pool area could use some care. Also, this isn't a good spot for digital nomads since Wi-Fi only works in the lobby.

August 21, 2019: I arrived jet-lagged and excited, with no clear idea what to expect from a hotel that had only recently opened. I figured at least I'd have a safe place to stay while I made my own memories around Mykonos. A decent hotel welcomes you, gets you settled and helps when needed. Here, my most memorable experience started as soon as I arrived. The people who looked after me were the kindest, warmest and most passionate I've met at any hotel. The hotel's beauty, style and sophistication were matched by its people. Thank you all for such a memorable stay. I'll see you next year.
