Mina Town

The first day was fine. We arrived in the morning, left our things, and went to the beach. When we got back and showered, water spread all over the room, literally like a river. Then the bathroom drain blocked, and it was a disaster. We asked for help and they gave me a mop. This happened every day, so we just used their towels on the floor to keep the water from coming out of the bathroom. I know it's a very cheap place, but this is basic stuff. Not recommended. Look elsewhere, you can get around everywhere by motorbike.

Don't go there, I mean it. This place is a trash hole. There were no shower curtains, no blankets, no heater, and no reception. Kids upstairs were playing and making loud noise. The employees at azzurro Travel. Agency, which owns it, were very rude.

The hotel was amazing, and the staff were really helpful. I definitely loved it.

I booked from Japan, but when I arrived there was no reception desk and nobody there. Check-in apparently required calling from the property, but the number I had been given in advance wasn't in service. A woman who lived nearby helped me, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to stay. The facilities were poor, and it felt like the guests' needs weren't considered at all. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here. I booked through the HIS Tsudanuma branch and was charged a considerable fee on top of the accommodation cost. After I returned to Japan, I complained, but they kept saying, "We'll check with the local staff," and didn't compensate me. More than two weeks later, they said they'd confirmed something, but what they told me was completely different from what had happened. I protested that it wasn't true, and haven't heard from them since. This is a dishonest, irresponsible, terrible travel agency. Be careful when booking.
