The hotel is built into the mountainside, and the architecture is stunning. Its private setting gives you both sunrise and sunset views. The pool was quiet, filled with natural sea water, and framed by carved mountain rocks. Meals were 10/10 at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it honestly felt like staying in our own private villa. A helicopter took off right outside our balcony every day. That could be a downside, though for me it was actually a plus. The staff were exceptional and incredibly welcoming. Five stars. Can't wait to come back.

This was our first stay at Hilton's SLH brand, though we usually choose Waldorf Astoria or Hilton Curio hotels. The rooms and guest service were second to none. It's a truly outstanding hotel, and although we don't often revisit destinations, I can definitely see making an exception here. If you're considering other hotels, don't think twice, book here.

We went to Panoptis Escape in Mykonos for my birthday, and couldn't have been happier. The outdoor area was beautiful, private, and luxurious, with breathtaking views and stylish design. The whole place had a warm atmosphere thanks to the amazing team. Everyone was kind, attentive, and ready to help throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. We highly recommend Panoptis Escape to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Mykonos. We'll definitely be back!
