10/10
The food menu had good choices, and the pool was a relaxing place to spend time. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and special. The walk down to town takes about 10 minutes, but the way back is uphill, steep, and around 20 minutes.

The location and room size were both excellent, but the service let the stay down. Cleaning was especially poor, with just one woman looking after the whole hotel, and the bed wasn't comfortable either. We also lost electricity twice. The thing I found most unreasonable was being charged €10 for every room service visit. I've never come across that in a hotel before, and it made me wonder why I'd stay somewhere that doesn't include room service.

The food was delicious, the rooms were fabulous, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

The food and service were amazing, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Ostraco Suites was way beyond excellent. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

We could walk to the main town and all the attractions from the resort, and the rooms felt cozy and authentic. The breakfast was the best I had in Greece, and the rest of the food was amazing too. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Such an awesome stay!
