Rochari

The food was out of this world, and breakfast came with your own private chef. Everything was yummy. The best part, though, was the people and service. Everyone was so kind and ready to help. The hotel is beautiful, with magnificent pool views, and the rooms are big, clean, and so aesthetic.

We travel a lot, and the team at Rochari is one of the best hotel teams we’ve come across. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly care about making your stay feel special. Food choices are limited, but everything we ate was delicious. The pool area is clean and well kept, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were fantastic. We stayed in the Grand Terrace Suite, and the huge balcony, with loads of seating and a hot tub, was well worth it. The views were stunning, especially first thing in the morning. Rochari Hotel is close enough for a few minutes’ walk into town, while being far enough away that you don’t have to drag your luggage through the maze of cobblestone streets. It’s peaceful and convenient at the same time. I highly recommend it.

After accidentally booking the wrong dates, I contacted Rochari Hotel right away to ask if they could change them. The staff refused to make any adjustment or offer a reasonable solution, even though I said I was willing to pay extra fees or change charges. I know hotels have policies, but I hoped they’d show some flexibility and help with an honest mistake. Instead, I felt completely ignored. What should have been a simple issue became very frustrating because of the lack of understanding and poor customer service. I lost more than $2,000 and was left with a very negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend this property to travelers who value customer service and reasonable support when something unexpected happens.

The guys at the pool bar are the best, thanks Manoli, Garry and Konstantinos. George gave me a massage too, and his hands are magic. I came out feeling lighter, more relaxed and happier. Thanks so much, George, and thanks to the whole team at Rochari Hotel. Best place to stay in Mykonos, with excellent service. Highly recommend, I’ll be back.
