Katharina, the housekeeper, was so nice and helpful, always checking how things were going and suggesting things to do around the island. Kiriakos, the manager, was friendly, easy to reach, and took care of all my questions. He set up rides between the hotel and the port for both my arrival and departure. The place had a really Mykonos feel, with white walls and arches inside and out, plus comfortable terraces out front. My room had a mini fridge, TV, and A/C, which was just right for the hot, sunny weather. I had a lovely stay and would book it again if I return to Mykonos.

We were only here for a few days, thankfully. The photos give a misleading impression of the room quality, and the rooms weren’t clean. Moisture was coming up through the floor tiles, and sound insulation was nonexistent, so we could hear the neighbors talking and moving around. Water was available barely 20% of the time, which made washing and using the toilet difficult. The owner was very insistent about cash payment, didn’t come to hand over the keys, and seemed inflexible about our needs. When something went wrong, it took a long time to respond. Given the quality, the price should be at least half as much. I strongly advise against staying here. There are better quality rentals on Mykonos for lower prices.

I had to cancel after being diagnosed with cancer, and the hotel’s response was awful. Even though I could provide proof of my illness, they said they didn’t trust me. They refused a refund and hung up on me. They were extremely rude. Never stay here. They should be ashamed.

The room was so cramped there was hardly space for anything, and there’s no pool. With no reception, I had nobody to ask when I needed hot water for my medication. For those conditions, it’s quite expensive.
