Joshua and Eva made our family feel so welcome, and Joshua's thoughtful surprise for our daughter is something we'll remember. He noticed she loved the movie Frozen, then brought her a Frozen coloring book the next day. The customer service really stood out. We stayed at Sharm Hotel with our 2 year old, and the spacious, beautifully designed room gave her plenty of space to run around. Having our own private pool made everything comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was included, delicious, generous, and had plenty of variety every morning. Every detail made the trip special. We'd recommend Sharm Hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos and would gladly stay again. Thanks to the whole team for making the trip memorable.

The staff were the friendliest and most wonderful we've ever encountered in 25 years of travelling. The management should be proud of them. The rooms are beautiful, and the pool bar and restaurant are spotless and chic. The food was exceptional, and the chef took time to explain the local dishes he'd created for the menu. It's a 10-15 minute walk from town, which keeps you away from the noisy clubs and bars but close enough to avoid a taxi, which would cost £80 return. If we come back, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Ten stars!

The staff were amazing and helped with everything we asked. The rooms were always clean, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly. There's a main pool and restaurant where you can relax all day, plus a few spots to watch the sunset. The location is close to all the island's hot spots. Amazing hotel, totally recommend it. 10/10, well done, guys.

The food was excellent, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. Our room was very clean, and every staff member was friendly and extremely helpful. It's conveniently located close to everything, with nearby attractions and amenities just a short distance away.

Our villa was spectacular and spacious, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Everyone on staff was gracious and friendly. We only stayed two days at Sharm, which felt far too short. It was a great place to rest and unwind between busy, fast-paced cities like Athens and Paris.
