The apartment was clean and nice, but we had a disappointing stay. We asked every day for the safe key and were told we'd get it, yet it never arrived during our five-day vacation. There wasn't a single quiet night. A club right next door played music until 5-6 in the morning, and we could hear it even with the windows shut. People passing on the nearby streets made more noise, and the street-cleaning crews woke us early too. Arriving before check-in was another hassle. We were told to take our luggage more than 1 km to their other location or pay for a taxi there and back ourselves. They should handle this or at least offer nearby luggage storage.

The local staff were kind and knew the area well. This new boutique hotel sits just above Mykonos Town, and we had a delicious breakfast from the morning crew. That evening we watched an incredible sunset. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend it. We're coming back next year!

We booked a two-room apartment well ahead of time, then got a call only 48 hours before arrival saying an “electricity issue” had made it unusable. They offered a smaller unit with just one room and far fewer amenities instead of fixing the problem or finding a comparable place. When we raised concerns and asked about alternatives, they wouldn't engage. They canceled our booking themselves, stopped communicating and forwarded our calls. We had to chase them just to get a minimal reply on WhatsApp. This felt deliberate and dishonest, perhaps because they wanted to give our room to someone else. The service was disgraceful and completely unprofessional. Avoid this host. They were unreliable and showed no integrity.

The location in Mykonos town made getting around so easy, with everything just seconds away on foot. We had a great vacation here. Our room was spotless each day, and everything we needed was already provided. The hostess was so kind and helpful, always ready with directions and arrangements whenever we needed more guidance. Check-in and check-out were right on time. We’d happily recommend it!

The cleaning lady came every day, which was a plus. The room, though, was beside a restaurant vent that made so much noise it was hard to sleep. The twin beds pushed together left a gap between the mattresses, and the AC was locked at 25°C so we couldn't change it. The safe had no batteries and didn't work. TV and Wi-Fi signals were very weak, the balcony was about a quarter the size shown in the picture and looked onto a dirty neighboring building, and the shower was tiny with hardly any room to move. We also waited around 30 minutes for the keys when we arrived. Mykonos felt hugely overpriced and not worth it. “Luxury” there seemed to mean semi-clean.
