A good choice if you're on a budget. The beds were comfortable, the room was great, and the shower had strong pressure. There's an upstairs terrace that's lovely for watching the sunset over the port. I only tried breakfast once, and it tasted a little stale. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute uphill walk from the new port and Mykonos town.

One of my favorite places to stay in Mykonos. Our ferries out of the island were cancelled, and with almost everything in town booked, Helen, the owner, helped us find somewhere new to stay. The rooms were so clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything, Helen :)

Comfortable beds and good service at a very nice hotel. The main town is just a 15-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

The rooms were much too small and cramped, and didn't look like the website photos. There were ants all over the floor. The older woman at reception and the other staff were a complete disaster, very unfriendly and rude. Unfortunately I can't give this place a good review. Next time I'd rather pay a bit more for a hotel I can be happy with than sleep and stay somewhere like this.

The room was always clean, and Helena, the owner, was very sweet, helpful, and friendly. Spanelis offers great value for money, and the location is great, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.
