Villa Margarita

Nikos and Alex, the hosts, are very helpful and do their best for their guests. I had an extremely comfortable, relaxing stay near Mykonos town. Highly recommended!

The owners, two brothers and their mother, were extremely friendly and helpful. They had plenty of suggestions and could answer all our questions. We paid the very reasonable extra fee for a personalized pickup from the new Port, where our big ferry from Athens arrived. One of the brothers collected us, which made arriving so easy. Our little suite was lovely, with its own deck overlooking the town, and breakfast was brought right to the room in the morning, a real treat. There’s a path down to a nice beach, and another one that leads into beautiful Mykonos town.

He was the kindest manager we met during our eight nights traveling in Greece. The location was good, and the view was great. I rested so comfortably. Later, I searched and learned that he was a forgotten Korean War veteran. Thanks to you, we can travel like this. Thank you for your sacrifice. From a 2013 sergeant, honorably discharged.

The family who runs Villa Margarita communicated wonderfully and gave us lots of recommendations. They also had beach towels available, which we appreciated. After checkout, they offered us a shuttle to the new port, the ferry port, for 20 EUR, which was so helpful. My husband and I stayed three nights in the “double studio with garden view.” It was a cute little space, and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings. The location was perfect, a quick walk to old town, with a beach down a hill and path that the owners showed us. Breakfast is available daily for an added fee, but we picked up groceries in town instead. There’s a mini fridge in the room. It looked like they might be putting in a pool, which would be perfect for future travellers with that gorgeous view. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Margarita to friends or family visiting the island!
