Whitelist Apartment in Mykonos Town

The place was well equipped, as shown in the photos, and the location really is central. But it was dirty throughout. There was pasta and grease left in the kitchen sink, shoe prints and brown dust on the toilet lid, and so much dust on the toilet paper basket that it looked brown. The sink leaked, the fridge smelled bad, and the sheets had red stains in several places. The worst part was being told we'd have to pay extra for clean sheets. The soundproofing was poor too. We would never return to this White list company. Finding the place was also a struggle. The GPS coordinates sent us to an unrelated hotel, and when we called for directions, they sent photos with no reference point. We spent half an hour figuring out which street appeared in the first photo. They could have sent the exact coordinates, but didn't. We wondered if they were ashamed of the abandoned house across the street or afraid of being reported. That house was only a meter away, and someone had broken in to spend the night, scaring off some birds inside. They said they'd try to let us leave our bags early, and managed it only ten minutes before check-in. That was when they finally shared the right coordinates, after we'd already spent more than half an hour looking. Our stay in Greece had no worse place. If you expect a minimally clean place and good value for money, do not stay here.

The location is the one good thing here. I wouldn't trust the dishes or appliances, and there wasn't enough toilet paper for the whole stay or any of the cleaning supplies we needed. The place isn't really fit for accommodation, and don't expect the 'sofa bed' to work for more than two people. It's more like a table than an extra bed, barely big enough for a child, let alone a young adult. Ignore the fake reviews, as most of them are.

The room was as advertised and clean, and the location was great. I was traveling alone and wanted somewhere cheap, so it suited me. The shower was odd and the stairs were narrow, but you get what you pay for. I'd stay again.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The host didn't show flexibility, fairness, or goodwill. It felt like their own profit was the only thing that mattered. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here. People return to places where they're treated properly, and this stay was the complete opposite.
