Dina Hotel

The owners make the place feel personal, more like staying with friends than doing business. Our room was in a separate little building, with its own balcony facing the sea. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom, sink, and fridge area were all in good shape. There was also a TV with the main channels. I noticed some other rooms being redone near the end of my stay, with new mattresses and wall trim, so guests after me should have an even more comfortable room. The sunsets over Limnos from the hotel were fantastic. Myrina is a roughly 30-minute uphill walk, though the route back wasn't too bad. Dina Hotel is a good fit if you want somewhere quieter, a little outside Myrina. I'd definitely come back.

The only thing I missed was breakfast. Otherwise, it was a lovely summer stay and good value for money. The room was great, clean, and had a gorgeous view, and Myrina was very close by car. Ms Dina was so nice, polite, and friendly.

The view is beautiful and the rooms have been renovated nicely, but the beds were a real letdown. In room 8 you can feel the springs, and room 5 is a bit better but still left me with back pain. The air conditioning barely works in either room, and the unit in room 8 is noisy. The beds are also too short if you're over 185cm.

The hosts were friendly, and the room was extremely clean with a lovely view from a huge balcony. There's a small kitchenette and fridge, though it's not for cooking, and even the sockets had USB charging ports. Walking down takes about 7 minutes, including to Paraga beach bar, which was amazing. Coming back takes 17 minutes because the hotel sits uphill. The room and furniture could use updating, but everything worked fine.
