The hosts and their whole family made us feel so welcome and special, and gave us memories we'll treasure. Thank you, Rea and George. We had one of our best summer holidays at Nikola apartments, and will definitely return! The apartment was roomy, had all the essentials, very comfortable beds, and was cleaned daily. It's on a hill in Plati village, only three minutes on foot from the center, where there are two lovely tavernas, two bars and a shop. Plati beach is an easy 10-minute walk downhill, though the uphill way back is steep. We had a car to explore the island, so that wasn't an issue. There's parking on the property. The hosts also own a hotel by the beach, with a luxurious bar and a beach area with umbrellas and sunbeds. The food and cocktails there were very, very good.

The balcony had a lovely view across the whole bay, and the sunset was beautiful. Our apartment was clean and spacious. But it's quite a way from the sea, so you'll need a car to get to the beach, and the road up to the accommodation is steep. The biggest letdown was never seeing the owners, which felt unusual for Greek hospitality. There was no welcome or advice about where to eat or go. The apartment wasn't properly equipped for a family with small children: just basic cutlery, some of it only for four people, and no broom or mop for everyday mess. We had to ask them to bring a broom, even though the apartment was cleaned every two days. The shower had no cover, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi wasn't great either.

The owner was always willing to help with anything we asked. Rooms are comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and two sofas. There was plenty of parking, daily cleaning and a really nice view. It's in a fairly convenient spot, close to Myrina and good southern beaches. Good value for money.

The view is unbeatable, and Plati beach is less than a kilometer away, with Myrina two kilometers away. These are fully furnished apartments with separate bedrooms, and everything you need in the space. There's car parking too. Congratulations!
