We had an amazing, relaxing week in these villas. The hosts were wonderful, and the villas looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped, and cleaning was done every third day during our weeklong stay. There are two small supermarkets and a couple of restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. Mytikas is a small village, so we recommend renting a car. Nice beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away. There’s also a sandy beach 300 meters from the villa. It has no sunbeds or umbrellas, but it’s lovely for a morning swim in the ocean, as shown in the picture.

We were three families with kids, staying six nights from Aug 31 to Sept 6, 2025, and used villas 2, 3 and 4. Having a separate terrace and private pool for each villa made it easy to spend time together while still having our own space. The location worked well for us too, about 10 minutes from Preveza, 25 from Lefkada and 30 from Parga, with the Ionian beaches and the island easy to reach. The villas are alike: three upstairs bedrooms, one with an en-suite, three bathrooms altogether, and a large living room joined to an open kitchen. Everything felt well made, from the furniture and finishes to the useful little details. The air conditioning was powerful in every room, and cleaning was spotless. We also had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, parking and steady internet. One room was missing a TV. We mentioned it in the evening and it was put in the next morning. Great value, and we'd happily return.

The place was really nice and clean, right by the beach and just five minutes from the center of Preveza. I'd definitely recommend it, and plan to come back next summer.

We all made good use of the villa's spotless private pool, and the nearby sea was lovely, especially with that magical sunset. The village shops also had some wonderful food. The owners were so kind and hospitable, and the house itself was immaculate and smelled lovely. A special family stay for us. We'd like to visit again in another season.
