The hotel owner's tavern is a peaceful place, and the owner makes really delicious food. You should try her dishes. There's also a great beach very close by, easy to reach either on foot or by car. It's a very good hotel if you plan to spend your days exploring the island and its beaches.

The breakfasts were good, and the view is lovely. It's a nice family-run hotel with the feel of a Greek summer home. You'll need a car to get to the beach, though if you've made it all the way to Charamida, I assume you probably have one.

We were five people and mostly enjoyed our stay, but the bathrooms in the rooms are tiny, and there isn't much room to move around. The shower cubicles are so cramped that taking a shower is difficult. The air conditioning and fridge worked well, though, and the cleaners came in every day. Being near the beach is handy, but only two beaches are close; the others take quite a drive to reach. Breakfast runs from 6:45 to 10:00 daily, with lots of homemade items, but it's the same food every day and there isn't much variety. Some portions are very small too, like the two olives per person. Internet is another issue: the restaurant connection doesn't reach the rooms just five meters away.
