Elies Residences

We had a charming pool and a great atmosphere during our three-night honeymoon stay. The residences were modern, clean and high quality, and the staff were very hospitable and helpful. They even surprised us with wine on our last night. One of the best stays we've ever had, and definitely a must if you're looking for a good time.

Ioannis from guest relations was wonderful, genuinely caring, and always replied to our WhatsApp messages, no matter how many we sent or when. We realized late one night we'd forgotten to send our breakfast choices, so we messaged a photo of the completed breakfast sheet and found breakfast ready the next morning. That's hospitality. His care reflects the thought put into this hotel. Thanks to everyone and the Elies team. See you soon! We came by ferry from Ayvalik looking for a nature getaway, and Elies exceeded our expectations. The room and hotel design were beautiful, with a pool area, a private balcony for every room, and great cleanliness. The warmth and natural beauty of the island came through in the place so much that we found it hard to leave the hotel and explore.

The included breakfast was a lovely surprise, since we hadn't expected it. Chef and manager Johannes worked hard every day to give us a wonderful breakfast on the pool terrace. Owner Jannis has brought together a great team: Christina, Sophia, Johannes, the chef and the two cleaning ladies all went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Thank you again! We travel to many Greek islands and have stayed in all sorts of places. In our experience, family accommodation at a reasonable price often falls short on finish and upkeep, from bathrooms, bedding and kitchens to cleanliness, pools, gardens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and lighting. Elies was a very pleasant surprise. The attention to detail and high standard throughout showed that this quality is possible at a reasonable price. I hope they can keep it in this price range. I spent five nights at Elies Residences recently. Evelina & Gianis greeted me warmly with a smile every time. My Villa was clean and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. The shower had plenty of hot water, even for long showers. There was a kitchenette, though I only used it to make sandwiches.
