Anima Deluxe Suites

This was our best stay in Greece. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and it felt like they really cared about us. Anima’s architecture, design, and facilities are exquisite, with beautiful views over the city, mountains, and ocean. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon.

We chose this apartment with our newborn and found it safe and convenient, with plenty of room for luggage and everything we needed. It’s spacious, elegantly designed, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and having two bathrooms helped make the stay easier. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the apartment was spotless with daily cleaning. The location is close to the town center and makes it easy to reach nearby beaches, including Tolo, Plaka in Drepano, and Vivari. There’s a lovely pool too. It isn’t very big, but it’s just right for a quick, relaxing swim. A fantastic place to stay, highly recommended!

We had to cancel our hotel booking because of an illness, and we did so more than 30 days ahead, within the hotel’s cancellation policy. We still haven’t received the refund for the 30% deposit we paid when booking. I’ve sent several emails asking for it and the hotel staff have completely ignored them. Very disappointing.

We were charged a lot for a Premium Suite at the top of the property at Anima Suites Hotel, overlooking the city, and were very disappointed with the room. The shower had no hot water, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the unit properly. The front desk staff said they’d put our breakfast yogurt in the refrigerator because we had to leave, but never did. They were also very stingy about providing towels for the pool or bathrooms. I’d save the money and look for better accommodation in the Napflio area of Greece.
