The hospitality deserves five stars. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but everything was very clean and comfortable. You're right in the town center, with all of Nafplio within walking distance. There was some street noise at night and early in the morning, though it also added to the lively charm of staying in the heart of town.

Everyone on staff was so nice and welcoming, and breakfast had made-to-order omelets and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is right in the heart of the adorable town, with parking about a five-minute walk away. The standard rooms are very, very small. We upgraded to the suite because there wasn't space for our baby's travel crib or to open our luggage in the standard room. The extra charge was worth it.

The staff were really great, and it's a nice hotel right beside the square. Like many older hotels in Nafplio, getting suitcases up the stairs is a bit of a haul, and the rooms are small. We also had trouble with the AC heater. The room was cold, and however hard we tried to set the AC to heat, it didn't really work. That's why I can't give five stars.

There's no elevator, as is the case at most hotels in Nafplio's old town. Still, the service was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the rooms were large. It's right by the main square, near restaurants, bars, and the port parking area where you have to bring your luggage from. A perfect place to stay in old town Nafplio.

The rooms are small but cozy, and it was quiet at night despite being right on the central square. It's a modern, comfortable hotel with good service and a standard-quality breakfast.
