The one good thing was the large outdoor area. I want to be clear that this is just about what happened, not personal. Mr. Kostas greeted us with his belly out and his shops open. We had booked two triple rooms, and while showing them to us, he said the AC worked perfectly. He let the group choose rooms, and all seemed fine. But after turning on the AC and waiting about two hours, the room still wasn’t cool. We went back to Mr. Kostas, who came in and explained that cold air sinks to the floor and then rises. To prove it, he took off his flip-flops, stood barefoot on the floor, and said he couldn’t stand how cold it was. We let that go and asked for a fan instead, since we didn’t want to make an issue. He brought us an unguarded propeller fan. Someone in our group then asked him for a sheet. He replied, “aren’t you the one who warms up? What do you want a sheet for,” and never brought one. It was also unacceptable to keep us on the same sheets and towels for all six days. The spoons in the kitchen drawers were dirty, and we found water glasses put away in the cupboards. The price-to-quality experience was disgusting. There are much better places to stay nearby. The owner was extremely unprofessional, setting his own rules and ignoring what we’d agreed to. The agreement we received didn’t match what actually happened.

The room was fairly clean, but the AC had problems and didn’t work on most days. The owner was exhausting and pushy.

The owners were kind, and the room was pleasant and inexpensive for August. But there was no Wi-Fi, and during all five days of my stay I couldn't get hot water for a bath. I found that unacceptable.
