The pool has beautiful views, and Dora made us feel so welcome. She even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade and wine for our honeymoon. The hotel is gorgeous, and the local cafes and port are an easy walk away. Highly recommend!

Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day. The rooms and facilities looked just like the photos, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The bathroom did flood easily, but it dried out fairly quickly. Our room was up quite a lot of stairs, which didn't bother us, though it's something to keep in mind. We loved how easy it was to get around: the bus stop is a three-minute walk away, and getting here from the port by ferry is straightforward. The centre of Naousa is about seven minutes on foot, so it was easy to reach everything, while the place itself was quiet enough to relax on the balcony or by the pool. Dora was a fantastic hostess, always going above and beyond to help with anything we needed and giving us great recommendations for things to see and do around the island. Sunrise was a wonderful find, and we'd definitely recommend it.

The room was simple but clean, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The balcony, though, was very small and almost level with the pool, so there wasn't much privacy. The pool was a letdown. It's far too small for more than two or three people at a time, and really only works for a quick dip to cool off. The information photos are VERY carefully framed. The loungers and beanbags around the edge weren't particularly clean, and there was hardly any space to move around or lounge by the pool. The location is very good for getting into town quickly, and the bus station is convenient.

The location was decent, a short walk with a slight incline, and Harry at reception was fantastic. He could only do so much with what he had to work with, though. After just one night, I woke up to sewage water leaking from the toilet and covering the floor. The whole toilet had to be replaced. There was mould on the bathroom floor by the toilet and on the drain next to it. The smell was unbearable. The shower was tiny, and I could barely move. Its head had no wall mount, so it just sat on the tap. And the bed felt like cement, as if we were sleeping on the base with no mattress. DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
