I picked the hotel mostly for the location and price, and it did the basics well enough: a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. It’s right by the beach and within walking distance of the port. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and vehicle rental places nearby. No one told me about the available services, such as the pool or anything else the place offered. At checkout, the staff member wouldn’t let me pay the remaining balance by credit card. I’d had no problem paying by card at other hotels on the Greek islands during the same trip, regardless of the amount. The AC was hard to keep at a comfortable temperature, either too strong or too weak. I got sick after the first night. The hand soap pump didn’t work, so I had to use the shampoo to wash my hands.

We spent eight nights here and enjoyed our stay. The room was always clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff and reception team were kind and welcoming. The air conditioning and water pressure both worked perfectly. The furnishings may be a bit dated, but the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We mostly needed the room for the basics, and we chose the hotel for its location and parking service, which we didn’t regret. We’ll choose it again on our next visit to Naxos.

This is a lovely hotel in beautiful Naxos. It’s family run, and everyone was kind and helpful. The pool is especially handy when you’re travelling with kids. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a few nights here, though the bathroom became very warm. It also took quite a while for the air conditioning to cool the room.
