I was welcomed so warmly by the host family. I got in around midnight, and they were still awake to greet me. Sorting things out over WhatsApp was easy, too. The room was excellent and incredibly clean, literally not a speck of dirt, even though it wasn't new and hadn't been renovated recently. The little balcony was charming and looked out over the street. The one small downside was the tap water. It wasn't drinkable, and I had no fresh bottled water with me in the middle of the night. That's a minor issue, especially since tap water isn't drinkable in most of the island anyway. The area is peaceful and sits a good distance from both the beach and the city centre. I highly recommend staying here.

We tried both Studio Stratos and Studio Alsos and had a fantastic stay. The rooms are lovely, and the location works really well. Our host was so warm, kind, and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

It's a peaceful spot with an ideal location, within walking distance of the chora and Georgios beach, and near markets, a bakery, and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day, with towels and sheets changed every two or three days. The cleaning was excellent. Our host was welcoming, helpful, and funny, and even gave us a hug when we left. Truly recommended!

A great deal, especially for a solo traveler or a couple. The basement room was nice and had its own small outdoor area.

For more than 25 years, this has felt like my second home, and the lovely hosts have become my Greek family. When I miss it, I know there's nowhere else I'd rather stay on Naxos than Stratos :) The studios are well equipped, very clean, and in a great location. Angela, Nikos, and their sons are warm, helpful people with such good energy. You can drop by their rooftop apartment whenever you need something, and before long you'll be laughing with them over wine or raki. They offer rides from the port or airport and have their own rental cars for exploring the island. I've always had a wonderful time here, and I'll be back, like so many of the guests.
