The only things I could accept were the roughly 20-meter distance to the beach, the AC, and the free sunbeds. The hotel itself was disgusting, by far the worst I’ve ever visited. It’s very old, the rooms are badly maintained, and the bathroom is revolting. The water pressure and temperature seem to depend on luck. Nobody there speaks English, and the breakfast was the cheapest food I’ve ever eaten. And I’m not pretentious. I hope they shut it down.

The location is just right, with a sea view, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were amazing, always professional and friendly. One of my best experiences in Greece, and I’d highly recommend it!

We needed a night near Volos airport, and there weren’t many options in the area, which wasn’t great either. This was easily the worst hotel we stayed in across Greece. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom was falling apart, and everything felt old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was lousy, served in a basement. The place badly needs an upgrade. The owner tries to make up for it by being overly friendly and extremely talkative. Man, just let your guests have some peace!

For a peaceful holiday, this is a lovely spot in a quiet town, and the location is excellent. The price felt very fair for the service. Vasiliss is a great owner, always there when you need something. I recommend it.

The rooms have a lovely view, and the landlord, Vasilis, was always ready to help. He suggested aiolia beach bar cafe for an evening out, plus nearby restaurants for tsipouro by the sea. It’s a really nice area for families and for spending quality free time.
