Kardias Luxury Suites

What makes Kardias Luxury Suite feel so welcoming is all the care put into the details and the high quality. I felt at home right away, and I didn't lack for anything. The host was lovely and offered lots of ideas and advice for our stay. I spent two weeks in Greece, and this was easily my favorite accommodation. It's within walking distance of a cute port and a short drive from Kavala and many gorgeous beaches. I know I'll want to stay here again next time.

I returned to Nea Iraklitsa in June 2023 after staying here in 2019. The apartment is on the second floor of a three-floor building with an elevator, and there's a parking space on the ground floor. It's quiet on the hill above the port, a few minutes from tavernas, the promenade, and Nea Iraklitsa's central playground. The local beaches are a 5-10 minute walk away. Ammolofoi takes 10 minutes by car, or up to 12-15 in heavy traffic, and Kavala's port and center are at most 30 minutes away. Inside, the apartment is very clean and well furnished and equipped. It has a large fridge, Bosch oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. The equipment is luxurious, with electric external blinds and awnings. The king-size bed has a top-quality mattress. Wi-Fi is very good, and the internet TV has channels from several European countries, including Romania, which is a big plus. Panagiotis is a great host who pays attention to detail and shares useful tips about taverns, patisseries, attractions, and more. That's especially helpful if it's your first time in the Nea Peramos-Nea Iraklitsa area. Thank you, Panagiotis, for a really pleasant stay. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed from August 22 to September 1, 2021, and loved our time at Kardias Luxury Suite. There's a veranda-balcony with a great view of the sea and Nea Iraklitsa's center, and we enjoyed it morning and evening. The apartment is new, bright, clean, and recently renovated, right in the city center. It takes just five minutes to walk to the sea and beaches, where the water was always clear. There are lots of beach bars and plenty of spots to swim and sunbathe. We had the place for two people, and there was plenty of room even for two girls who brought extra clothes and shoes. The big bed isn't cramped either. The apartment is compact but has everything you need, thoughtfully built in and selected. We liked the stylish design, especially the stone and wood combination. The hosting and service were excellent. Any issues were sorted out quickly, and we felt supported and looked after. We got advice on what to see, including Ammolofi beaches, and could always ask about excursions, entertainment, or renting boats and yachts. Thanks for the warm attitude and high level of service. We'll definitely return and recommend Kardias Luxury Suite to anyone staying in Iraklitsa!

We booked in April for a June stay and found the apartment absolutely amazing. It's designer made, with new furniture and a kitchen that has everything you need. The location is perfect, and there's a parking space under the building. Our host was helpful and always ready to share information. We'd definitely like to return!
