Light Blue Luxury Rooms

The terrace had no shade, so it was unusable until evening. Morning coffee out there was out of the question unless you wanted to get burned. The Jacuzzi was disgustingly dirty and possibly harmful to your health. They said for three days that they’d clean it and change the water the next day, but they never did, so it couldn’t be used during our stay. At checkout, they didn’t even offer to charge the difference for a room without a Jacuzzi. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on before our family arrived in the afternoon, even though it was over 40°C outside and they knew we were coming after a 12-hour journey. We walked into a 32°C “sauna” instead of a cool room. There was also a serious mix-up about the booking: Booking.com and the owner both confirmed one double and two single beds, but we found two double beds. Breakfast was listed as included, which is why I booked the room, but at check-in they asked for another €10 per person. After a long discussion, they agreed to take off only EUR 2. We stayed five nights, two adults and two children, and it was a complete mistake. For the price, it wasn’t worth it at all; there are better places nearby for the same or less. What we discussed on the phone was denied in person. Highly not recommended!

The hosts were quick to respond, helpful, and understanding, and the hotel has private parking right next to it. It’s about 600 meters from the city center, an easy walk. The place feels cozy, comfortable, and modern, with cold AC and stylish design inside and out. Our room and big balcony were both spotless.

We stayed from 17-21 July/2023, with two families in separate apartments on different floors. We’re from Macedonia, and this review covers both apartments. We had a little baby with us, and the cleaning team were a big help, always ready to assist with whatever we needed. They were well organized and did an excellent job. The rooms were very clean, nicely furnished, and had air conditioning. Each balcony was spacious, with two chairs and a table for morning coffee. Reception gets 5/5 too: the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly caring toward guests. We’ll definitely come back to the hotel. No doubt, an excellent five-star stay. You won’t go wrong booking here. Best regards.

The rooms were in very good condition, which makes sense since this is a fairly new hotel. We had a really nice stay, and the service was very friendly. Breakfast was fine, though a few more options would have been welcome. Everything else was good.
