Room-kappa Rooms Boutique Double Room

I found the host rude and unprofessional, and they weren’t willing to help or even give basic information. The room itself was in poor shape, with old, worn, uncomfortable furniture and a strong stale, damp smell. Cleanliness was well below an acceptable level, especially in the bathroom, which didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned before I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The same money, or less, can get you a much better and more comfortable place.

I’m still waiting for the money back from June. Booking.com said the reservation had free cancellation, and they charged my card right away. When I had to cancel in time because my husband was ill, they didn’t refund me. Dealing with this property over the money has added to the stress of dealing with his illness. I can’t recommend booking here.

The beach is only a couple of minutes away on foot, and the hotel has an elevator too. Our room was clean and looked lovely, and the service was excellent, kind, and helpful. It made our holiday really enjoyable. We’ll be back.

They cancelled our reservation an hour before check-in. The host was very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this, especially for anyone travelling with children.
