We made a reservation, but the hotel changed our dates on its own, moving them a week later without asking us. We only got a message two days before our booked date saying it was cancelled and automatically shifted to the following week. We couldn’t reach the hotel, and Booking.com staff couldn’t get through either. No matter what we tried, the hotel didn’t respond, and our messages in the Booking.com inbox are still unanswered. They may have overbooked and tried to push us out to the next week. Be very cautious and stay away.

Everything was around the corner, and the location was excellent. But the bathroom was awful. The toilet flush button didn’t work, so we had to remove the cover and flush it by hand. Water also leaked from the base every time we flushed. In general, the place was poorly maintained.

We booked a stay, then the hotel changed the dates by itself and moved them a week later without our consent. We couldn’t reach the hotel, and the travel agency couldn’t get through either. This was an absolutely terrible experience. Stay away and be very cautious.

The staff deserve the highest marks: they’re friendly, and cleanliness is excellent. We’ve been coming for the second year and will definitely return next time.

A nice, easy place to stay, with clean rooms right by the harbour. The lady at the desk is friendly. If she’s not there, just call and she’ll arrive in five minutes.
