The neighborhood was the one real downside. The people living next to the hotel spend much of their time outdoors and are active early and late. Otherwise, you're generally near the shore, though I suggest heading to the next Paralia, called Dionisos. I also recommend taking the chance to visit Skiatos for a day, although there are no longer boats from Nea Moundania harbor. For internet'o holics, the WiFi deserves a mention: it worked perfectly 24/7. The AC worked too, and the rooms were very clean. They changed the towels every day as well as the bed covers. Pets are allowed if they weigh under 6kg. The place is in okay condition for a building from 1973. From what I could tell, they bought a few large apartments and converted them into smaller rooms. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable despite what some other reviews say. The lady at reception can make whatever you want, and I'd especially suggest asking for pie with sweet cream or spinach.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a very nice hotel in a good spot, and they clean the rooms and replace the towels daily.

The beach is about a 12-minute walk away. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and good service. The bus station takes around 10 minutes to reach on foot, and supermarkets aren't far.
