A quiet, village-like feel, even though Nea Moudania is nearby. The apartment had everything I needed for both work and downtime. It’s close to a great beach, a lively weekly market and the charming town of Nea Moudania. A lovely place for a working vacation :)

We spent a week in a ground-floor apartment at Olea suites in Nea Moudania. It was ideal for a couple, with a lovely design and a brand-new feel. Everything was practical and comfortable, and there was a shaded outdoor table for breakfast or dinner. The kitchen was fully equipped, though we didn’t use it, with all those Greek taverna’s around. The area was quiet, apart from the occasional neighbor’s dog barking or a rooster. The beach was about a 10-minute walk away, and the center was an easy, relaxing 10-15 minute stroll. Really nice place!

The accommodation had everything set up for a comfortable short or long stay, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, iron, washing machine and dryer. Everything runs on a smart home system, and there was Netflix for the children. The pull-out bed was large and comfortable, and the children had a lawn to play on in the nicely kept area outside. You can have a barbecue in summer too. After this short visit, we’ve found a place for a future summer holiday, and we’ll gladly recommend it to friends. We stayed in winter, around New Year's. The host welcomed us with a traditional Greek Christmas cake and a bottle of champagne, a lovely gesture. The property and surrounding area were quiet, which suited us for the season. We enjoy long walks every day, so the location worked well. By car, everything else we needed was just a few minutes away. Moudania’s Wednesday street market is on a parallel street, and whenever we’re in Greece, we make sure to visit for fresh fish, fruit and honey.

Everything in the apartment was new, pleasant and working, and the owners were kind. It was extremely clean and tidy, in a beautiful spot at the entrance to Nea Moudania. The beach is about five hundred meters away, large supermarkets are nearby, and an easy five-minute walk takes you to the city center. We’ll be back soon, and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is gorgeous, with lots of modern gadgets, and the garden is beautiful and well looked after. It’s in a super quiet area and has all the amenities you need for a fantastic holiday.
