Royal Luxury Studio - Nea Moudania Halkidiki

Our hosts, Dimitris, Ksenia, and Isabela 👑, made us feel cared for every day at Royal House Nea Moudania. Their family showed us such warmth, hospitality, and kindness, with a royal touch in everything. They helped us choose places, beaches, and restaurants worth visiting, and were always there to support us so we could enjoy each day of our holiday. The homemade food, BBQ, and all the other lovely memories made our week at Royal House precious. It’s a home to visit and experience, and I highly recommend it. It even gives you a taste of the soul of Ancient Greek times, something that will touch your own soul too.

We had a great time, and the rooms were very clean. This is our second year choosing Royal suites for a relaxing summer holiday. The staff are welcoming, and there are lots of facilities. I really recommend it for a future vacation.

Dimitrios cooks incredibly delicious food. The owner treated us to snacks and salads several times, and helped us grill fish and seafood. Even if you’ve never done that before, they’ll suggest where to buy ingredients and which spices to use, then help bring a great recipe to life. The garden in the yard deserves a mention. Even in the heat, it stays cool and cozy beneath the citrus trees, with sofas to relax on and space for a big meal with family or friends. The house is near central Nea Moudania, yet the spot is calm. There’s a magnificent church in the quarter, and the main street with shops and a supermarket is close. The seafront promenade, restaurants serving tasty Greek dishes, cafes, and bars are two blocks away. We were very happy with our choice. The photos were accurate, and the owners, Dimitrios and Ksenia, are incredibly kind and caring. They live nearby, met us on arrival and showed us around, even though we got in during the middle of the night. They also shared their favorite cafes, beaches, and places to relax, and supported us throughout our stay. We’re very grateful. The apartment is one part of a large maisonette in the heart of Nea Moudania, split into two apartments. Downstairs is a spacious studio with luxurious renovations, including real marble decorations and columns, Swarovski chandeliers, a ceiling painting, a large bathroom with a big bath, and a double bed. There’s room for a baby cot too. The first and second floors hold a spacious, stylish, and comfortable apartment with three bedrooms and a gym. We rented this one for four adults, and it was more than comfortable. You enter from the yard, go up to the first floor, and reach a terrace and small entrance hall. From there, you can get to the kitchen, which has everything needed for cooking and plenty of dishes, or head down the corridor to the bathroom, two separate bedrooms, a spacious balcony, and stairs to the second floor. Upstairs are the gym and a spacious bedroom with a small balcony. There are plenty of wardrobes, a washing machine, and ironing facilities, making it very convenient for a longer stay or for families with children.

The town center is only a two-minute walk away, and Dimitris is a perfect host who’s always available. The apartment feels like a dream, almost like being in a castle. It’s spacious, very clean, fully air-conditioned, and has a fully equipped kitchen. This is true Greek hospitality. Highly recommended!
