Avra Comfort Rooms- Family

We got everything we hoped for, and even more. The room was cozy and tidy, and Zoi was a friendly, lovely host. We spent 10 nights at Avra on a family holiday and had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Parking was the biggest issue for us. When we arrived on the weekend, many locals had come to the beach and we could barely find a spot near the villa. During the week it was easier, especially in the evening as people started leaving the beach. This seems to affect the whole town, so it’s not the host’s fault. The street was close, too, and in the evenings we could hear motorcycles and ATVs speeding by, as well as people speaking too loudly. Since the villas are all close to the streets, that also seems to be a town-wide issue. The busy street meant we couldn’t have complete privacy, with people walking to and from the beach. The host put up huge curtains on the terrace that could be drawn, which helped somewhat, but people could still see us there. The other rooms had the same issue, since the terraces are separated by a low wall. The villa is about a 2 min walk from Nea Potidea beach. Everything was new and clean, and the room was cleaned every day. Our corner room had a huge terrace out front, while the other rooms had smaller ones. There was a big fridge and a small kitchen for cooking, but unfortunately no microwave. The host was very nice and helpful, and on our last day gave us olive oil and some olives, a very nice gesture. It was a nice experience overall, and the host did everything to make our stay more pleasant.

The accommodation was perfect for us, very clean and in a great spot next to the beach. My kids said it was the best place they’d ever stayed. They slept really well and liked it a lot. We felt at home, and we’ll definitely come back next summer. Zoe was such a warm, lovely person, and her help and support meant a lot to us. Thanks again for everything, Zoe! With love, Cristina 🤗

Our stay at Avra Comfort Rooms in Nea Potidea was excellent. The host was kind and attentive, checking each day that we had what we needed and leaving small touches like bottled water and gifts for both the children and adults. The location is very close to the sea, with easy access to sandy beaches and affordable taverns. The rooms were kept meticulously clean, and linens and towels were changed every three days. We highly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
