My big family and I were overjoyed with our stay. We were here last year too, and after the renovation the place had become even more beautiful and practical. I hope we can visit again. Big greetings and hugs from the Gligorijević, Popović and Jančić families. The apartment felt like my own home. It was so clean that, for the first time in all the apartments I've stayed in, I could walk barefoot and didn't need to wash anything before using it. It was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, tidy bathroom, bedding, air conditioning, and TV. The shared yard was beautifully arranged, with lots of flowers and small touches that made it feel comfortable and romantic. The beach is very close, and the location works well for excursions to other places. Our hostess Eleni is a wonderful woman, with a big Greek heart and a big smile, and she was ready to help with all our needs.

The apartment was spotless and had all the comforts of home, and Eleni's hospitality made the stay fantastic from start to finish. From the terrace, we could enjoy the sea views and breeze, with the beach just a stone's throw away. Being so close made our trips to the water easy and enjoyable. Eleni was always available for questions and gave us great local recommendations. Haus Niko is a lovely find for a comfortable stay by the sea. We can't wait to return and enjoy her warm welcome and those views again. Highly recommend!

The flower-filled garden and relaxed, homely feel made this a lovely place to unwind. The building has a traditional Greek look, with stone and wood, and the apartments come equipped with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, and hairdryer. There's a landscaped yard and barbecue area, and medical services can be arranged on request. Nea Potidea beach has a Blue Flag award, and the port, traditional taverns, and supermarkets are nearby. The sandy beach on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki is just 40-50 meters away. We felt well looked after and enjoyed the authentic Greek hospitality. Thank you, Eleni. We found the price very affordable, with a sea view to match. The place has plenty of nearby parking, a barbecue area, and tables, all with a typical Greek feel. It's quiet, cozy, and well suited to families. The host was welcoming and quick to respond, with lots of helpful tips about places to eat, beaches, and other things. Since we hadn't come prepared, they even lent us a beach umbrella, and offered to arrange or book a sea cruise. The first natural beach is a seven-minute walk away, and the first organized beach with sunbeds is about 12 minutes on foot.
