We stayed at AKTI Studios in summer 2024, and both the studios and the owners left us with nothing but good things to say. The sea view is amazing, there's a small beach of its own, and the village center is only about a five-minute walk away, close but far enough that it's quiet. The apartment was clean and cleaned every day, with fresh towels and a very high standard of hygiene. There's a parking lot shared with one other accommodation; when it's full, they let you park in the public lot in Nidry center and cover the cost later.

I didn't stay in the studios, but the Akti beachbar was really good. The food was good, the man was friendly, and the cappuccino was great. Thank you!

The room had recently been renovated, so everything felt new, modern, clean and comfortable. We loved having our evenings on the balcony. The view is magical, it's so peaceful there, and surrounded by greenery, with the sea about a minute away. A wonderful place for a vacation. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely come back ❤️

It's a lovely place practically on the beach, and spotlessly clean. The rooms aren't huge, but they're adequate. One issue was the shower curtain, which was about six inches too short and left the floor flooded after every shower. Manager Zoie was delightful and always helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and she speaks English.

The location was just right, close enough to walk into town but far enough from the crowds. There's also a small private beach with sunbeds, which was perfect for relaxing when we weren't out exploring the island. The host was amazing and the apartment was clean.
