The room was freshly renovated and cosy, with a balcony, table and chairs, though the beds weren’t very comfortable. There were bedside tables and a mirror too. The kitchen had a hob, fridge and kettle. The small bathroom had a shower but no curtain, so it was hard to keep water from getting everywhere. We got two rolls of toilet paper twice during our stay, not enough for three people over seven days, so we bought our own since it was cheap. Bins were emptied daily, and the bedding was changed once. The floors clearly hadn’t been mopped, though cleaning overall was okay. Air conditioning was €7 a day, a safe €15 a week, and late checkout at 5 p.m. cost €25. The location is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It’s on a side road, but it’s crowded and loud. Bins were emptied around 4 a.m. almost every morning, and motorbike visitors were very noisy. You can also hear nearly every sound from the other flats. I wouldn’t recommend the front rooms.

There isn’t really Wi-Fi here, since too many people connect for the system to handle it. The rooms have old furniture and not enough shelves, and air conditioning costs €5 a day. The owner of the “hotel” was rude to people. The toilet makes a sound like a ferry horn every time you flush, loud enough to hear throughout the house.

The room was spotless and cleaned so well every day, and it’s only three minutes from the centre. I didn’t like the beds at first because they were lousy, but we called and they brought us mattresses and everything.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and Mr. Dionysis welcomed us and helped with everything we needed. The sea is a two-minute walk away, with the main pedestrian street right next door. They were lovely with our dog too, so we’ll definitely return.
