PHILLIPOS Studios

We’ve stayed on quite a few Greek islands over the years, and this is right up there as our number one. We always book direct and would do so here again. The place is superb, a lovely relaxed spot on the edge of town, with everything you need just steps away. The whole team is lovely, and you can ask them for anything. Efkharisto to Yannis, Anastasia and all the staff for a fabulous stay. It’s spot on, and we’d happily come back.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at PHILLIPOS studios and highly recommend it in Nydri. It’s a peaceful spot just south of the main resort strip, yet only a few minutes on foot from the beach, supermarket, tavernas, marina, and bakeries. The promenade is also easy to reach, and parking is available. Our first-floor apartment in the low-rise building was excellent, well furnished, and had a comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, a fridge, and a good-sized balcony with beautiful mountain views. The air conditioning worked very well. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, honey, and toast were waiting in the fridge/on arrival, a nice touch. The small, friendly complex is immaculate throughout. Giannis welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. There’s a super pool and bar, plenty of loungers and parasols, and separate showers and toilets by the well-kept pool. The bar has a good range of drinks and snacks. It’s a very comfortable, clean, welcoming place.

The owners are kind and ready to help with whatever you need. The accommodation is only about a five-minute walk from the port and close to the center of Nidry. Rooms are modern and have all the facilities you need, and housekeeping cleans them every day to a high standard. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you come to Nidry, Lefkada.

The staff were helpful and polite, and both our room and the pool were exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. We also liked finding cold water bottles stocked in the fridge. It would be nice to have a hair dryer in the room, and the nightly rate could be more competitive. Still, it’s a very good hotel that I’d recommend without hesitation.
