Royal Nidri Hotel & Apartments

We had such a lovely, peaceful stay. The whole family and staff were caring, attentive, and genuinely interested in what guests wanted. They treated us like royalty, and no question went unanswered. The apartment was clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels, and the food was absolutely perfect. If we book in Nidri again, we won’t look anywhere else. We went as three friends and booked through a travel agency. The hotel sits close to Nidri’s main shopping street and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It has two sections on either side of the pool; one building has a lift and the other doesn’t. Our room was in the building without a lift. It was spacious and had everything we needed, with two balconies, one facing the pool and the other overlooking a large car park. The beds were comfortable, including the third sofa bed, and the shower was good. The cleaning ladies did a great job, making our room and the hotel spotless every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, though the receptionist was abrupt, hardly looked at us while speaking, and didn’t make us feel welcome. That was really our only negative. Nidri itself is a nice little village with plenty of shops and restaurants. We do recommend the hotel.

We came for the day to use the facilities and had a great time. For €15 per person, the bar and food minimum spend let us stay all day. The staff were so lovely, and the food and drinks were great. No complaints at all.

We’re staying here now and are loving it. The family run hotel is well located, first class, and spotlessly clean, with huge, well equipped rooms and wonderful air conditioning. We’re self-catering, but breakfast is available and looks lovely. The pool area is lovely too, and the food served during the day is very good. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Our holiday is going too quickly, and we’d love to come back.
