Adriatica Hotel

Niko, the owner, was welcoming and happy to help, and breakfast was included and delicious. I chose a king-size room and was very pleased with it. We found the hotel through its high ratings, and the free parking was handy. Its location makes it easy to reach the island's best areas. For lunch, I liked the taverns in Nikiana; in the evening you can head to Nydi for food or a drink, or to Lefkada city, where we parked for free near the harbour. I was there from July 19-26, and would suggest staying at least 7 days if you want to see what Lefkada has to offer. Strongly recommended!

We stayed as a couple for six days and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The staff at Adriatica were friendly and always smiling. When we arrived, the Manager even helped carry my heaviest bag to our room without being asked. The views are hard to describe, breakfast was perfect, and the value for the price is really high. It's ideally placed between the island's capital and Nidri, with everything we needed close by. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We came back to Adriatica a year after our first two-week stay and got the same room. It was just as lovely this time, and we're already looking forward to visiting again. The staff were great. Movetta wasn't there this year, but Dio looked after us at the bar and made me laugh. Nikos and everyone else who makes this hotel what it is deserve thanks again. Liam the Lizzard came by for another visit too. I still recommend a car if you're staying more than a week and want to explore this wonderful Island. On our first visit, we had a huge ground-floor room with modern decor, kept spotless and well maintained. Air-conditioning and the safe came at no extra charge, which was new to me. The balcony was spacious and a brilliant place to relax, with what was easily the best view I've had on holiday, across the ocean to mainland Greece. The pool and its surroundings were immaculate, and there were always sun beds available. Since the pool didn't open until 10:30, there was no rush to claim one at 7am, and we could enjoy breakfast in peace. Breakfast had a good range. I mostly went for pancakes and bacon with butter and honey. Pool towels were supplied, then returned when we finished using them. The bar had a good range of tasty food and drinks. I especially liked the club sandwiches and fries. The girls working there were welcoming, and Movetta was especially kind to me and my family. She worked hard to keep everything in order and make everyone happy. Nikos was brilliant too, easy to talk to and willing to do anything to make our stay the best it could be. There's not much nearby, so I'd recommend renting transport. There was a pizza restaurant and a Taverna across the road, but no shops. That wasn't a problem for us as we'd hired a car. I'd give Adriatica 10 out of 10 and can't wait to come back. P.S. We had a lizzard friend called Liam who would come to our balcony now and again. Say hi if you see him.

A really lovely stay, thanks so much! The view was stunning, the pool area was peaceful, and our room was roomy, modern, and clean. Everyone working there was friendly. The homemade cakes at breakfast, baked by the family's lovely grandmother, were a highlight. Definitely recommended.
