Branka was the person who made the whole proposal happen. She planned and organized it all, and I can’t thank her enough. Branka and Hristo helped my boyfriend set up the surprise, and it was beautifully decorated and planned. I’d highly recommend celebrating a life event here. The resort was one of the most beautiful I’ve stayed in, the service was exceptional, and my room felt like a dream. The staff were always amazing and friendly. It was an unforgettable experience, and I’d definitely visit again.

We travel a lot, but I’ve never stayed somewhere with staff this friendly. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, was so great. They even opened the kids club for us on the one rainy day, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool. We’d absolutely stay at Crystal waters again. Thank you!

Christos, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. He and the whole team made our stay at Crystal Waters unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. The property itself was beautiful, spotless, and relaxing, like a little piece of paradise. Many thanks to everyone, especially Christos.

Our bedroom faced the street, and the trash cans were emptied almost every night around 4 or 5 am. It was loud enough to wake us, so next time we’ll ask for a room further from the road. We do plan to book Crystal waters again. The rest of the stay was fabulous: the rooms were clean, the breakfast and dinner at Duende were delicious, and the pool service was good. The mosquito screens on every window and sliding door were a great idea, and we’d really miss them elsewhere. Most of all, the service from Genario, Loullietta, Faidra, Apostolis, Andriana, Ahmed and Christos was outstanding. We’ve stayed in many places around the world, and they were friendly, polite, and so service minded. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable vacation.
