The staff were ready to help with anything, and the setting is excellent. We saw a beautiful sunrise there, truly fantastic. But based on our August 2024 stay, the hotel needs serious renovation. Calling it five-star didn't match what we saw and experienced. If they carry out a proper renovation, I think it could be worth visiting. Until then, I wouldn't recommend it.

The shower was the letdown. The water stayed cold on both days, and that was serious enough to bring my rating down to four stars. I might have given it three otherwise, because it really was a problem. The room itself was spacious, clean, and lovely, with a sea view. We also had trouble with the heating, but the staff fixed that right away. The food was excellent and everyone we met on staff was very polite. We stayed December 24-26, for two nights.

We wanted a quiet week and got just that from July 14 to 21. The view from our window was lovely, and the staff were friendly and smiling. The pool was dirty, though. Everything else was great.

After our New Year's stay, at least 220 people were left feeling deceived about the experience they had been promised. Bohemia, thank you. The water was beyond criticism, the service was tragic, and the spa pool was cold and poorly maintained. There were no bathrobes, and I’m attaching photos of smaller damages too, which are absurd for a place advertised as five-star. It seems profit comes first. Although it’s next to the sea, there isn't a beach, just rocks. The hotel is beside the road in the middle of nowhere, with nothing for miles. It barely deserves two and a half stars.
