The beach is just 20 metres from the villa, and there are bakeries and markets nearby, so the location is good. What bothered us was having to pay an extra 10 euros a day for air conditioning, then having the owner come into the apartment while we were out to switch it off. We were told we weren't allowed to leave it running when we weren't there. If I'm paying for it, I should be able to use it all day, and I'm sure it doesn't cost 10 euros a day 😆. The water pressure was also a problem every day.

Our room looked out over the marina and the sea, and the view was amazing. The beach is only a few steps to the left of the house, with taverns and coffee shops to the right. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the property was well maintained. The owner was polite and ready to help at any time. We were very pleased with our stay. ❤️

We didn't expect a five-star hotel at that price, but there are definitely places with better service for the same money or less. Ants were everywhere, and the air conditioning deal was ridiculous: 10 euros a day for only five hours of use, and it couldn't be set below 25 degrees. There was never hot, or even warm, water in the shower. The owner wasn't communicative, was rude and seemed uninterested, and didn't show up at all on the day we arrived. Then they wanted us out two hours before checkout.

Roula was a great host, always helpful and accommodating. I had a quiet, spotless room overlooking the garden, with a comfortable new mattress. The bathroom could use a few small improvements, but it was generally fine and clean. There were mosquito nets on all the windows and balconies. The villa is a short climb up, manageable if you're in reasonably good shape. Bus stops just a few metres away make it easy to get to Lefkada Town or Nydri. The nearest beach is beside the regional road, so it's noisy there, but a 15-minute walk north or south gets you to several smaller beaches and the large Nikiana Beach. 🙂 Great place!
