Nikiana didn't have much to offer in late September. If you're hoping for nearby places to eat, drink or swim, I'd avoid staying there at the end of the season. The rooms were big, and the cleaners were friendly and kept them clean. Parking was available, which was really handy. No one was there when we arrived, though, and that could have been handled better. We barely saw any staff apart from the cleaners.

The staff are such lovely, cheerful people, always ready to help. They even surprised me with a great birthday cake. Big thanks to Theodora! The owner clearly puts a lot into making the place somewhere you won't want to leave, and we'll definitely return when we're in Lefkada. It's a great place with kids: parking inside the courtyard, supermarkets within a five minute walk and the beach about 10-15 minutes away. The pool is clean and tested each morning, with a 0.6m section for children and a 1.6m main pool. Rooms are quiet, cozy and cleaned daily.

The owners work hard around the clock to make Villa Theodora somewhere you won't want to leave. Their sincere hospitality makes me want to visit again. With kids, it's especially convenient: there's parking on site, a supermarket nearby, and the beach is 150 m away. The pool has a 0.6 m section for children. Rooms are quiet, cozy and clean.

The owners are lovely and do a lot to make the stay enjoyable. We really liked the courtyard layout, with rooms overlooking the pool, mountains and olive trees. Cross the street and you can swim in the clearest water in Greece. The rooms are beautifully furnished, each with a kitchen, and there's secure parking in a gated lot. You should see the place for yourself. We'll definitely be back soon, again and again.

The rooms have a modern yet cozy design, and they're cleaned every day. Staff were kind and helpful, and the service was great. Everything was incredibly nice, with a great location near the beach, markets and restaurants.
