Gran Domenica Villa Corfu

We’d happily come back again and again. The spacious shared areas and sea views from every bedroom made this villa a great fit for our family, and the big pool was the children’s favorite part. Thanks for everything, Spyros!

The villa suited our group of six so well. It has a practical layout, a comfortable sitting room with soft sofas and a generous TV, and a kitchen that’s fully functional. The beds are firm but comfortable, the showers have good pressure, and the washing machine is easy to use. Housekeeping came halfway through our stay to replace towels and change the beds, which was a nice extra. We loved having breakfast on the balcony or sitting there in the shade with wine. The pool was essential during the intense heatwave, and the hillside setting comes with lovely views over the bay. The whole place feels welcoming. Some past reviews called the interior tired, but we found it charming, very clean, and everything worked well. Spyros replied quickly whenever we texted. When the power was out on our first day, he immediately checked and found out that repairs in the area were responsible, not an internal problem. Joanna also came by in person that first day and was so warm and friendly. A note if you’re driving a large van: the gateway is tight, and there’s a wall jutting out on the left as you reverse in. Shrubs make it trickier, especially in the dark, though we managed to fit. Joanna said they’d even got a camper in the previous year. Nisaki beach is five minutes down the hill, with lovely swimming and snorkeling, good food and drinks, and great people. There’s also a handy supermarket at the top of the hill by the road to the beach. The villa and location worked perfectly for us. We fell a little in love with Gran Domenica and would choose this Airbnb again when we return to Corfu, if it’s available. Thanks, Spyros and Joanna. Till next time…

We had a lovely stay, and the host was very kind. It’s an ideal choice for a family holiday. The villa sits above the sea with an unbelievable view and is surrounded by nature. Inside it was super clean, and outside the garden was beautiful. The pool was big and crystal clear.

We had a great time here. The villa is on a hill, tucked into a large garden, with great privacy, a lovely view, and a nice location. It really has everything you’d need, from a pool table and ping-pong table to a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
