The view was beautiful, but the owner spoiled the experience. There was no privacy: he came into the apartment while we were out, which was completely unacceptable. Then, about 15 minutes before checkout, he came in and started making unpleasant comments about everything. Without the owner, we'd have left with very positive memories. Instead, he was intrusive, seemed to be around constantly, and gave the impression he was monitoring what we were doing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Villa Hera was ideal for our family group of five. It was immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we could need. Swimming in the pool with that perfect sea view was a complete joy. We spent a wonderful week there. A supermarket is a couple of hundred metres down the hill, with the beach a little further along. Several tavernas are within a 10-minute walk, all with incredible coastal views and great seafood and other Greek delicacies. Leandros was helpful throughout, arranging transport and helping us open the safe after we got the instructions wrong. We'd recommend hiring a boat from Nissaki harbour to explore the nearby coast, either self-driven or with a pilot or captain. The stay was everything we expected and more!

Leandros made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He was friendly, attentive and quick to help whenever we needed him. A special thank you to Leandros for having everything so well prepared. It helped us feel secure during Corona. Our first impression of the villa was outstanding. It was clean, modern and comfortable, with everything we expected and more. The equipment was especially good quality, and there were lots of thoughtful, practical details that made the stay more comfortable. Even the big towels were thick, fluffy and soft! We had fantastic sea views from the living room, large terrace and private pool, which was cleaned daily. A small pebble bay with clear, clean blue-turquoise water and a good taverna beside it is only a five-minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, despite Corona.

The local shop, bakery and tavernas were welcoming, and this is a lovely, peaceful area for a holiday. From the villa, you look towards the mountains behind and the sea in front of the infinity pool. I especially loved watching the cruise liners and countless ferries coming and going in the distance at the port of Corfu. We were lucky to spend an extended stay here in June and July 2022. The villa was everything it had been featured and advertised as, with brilliant views and amenities including the pool, kids' area, loungers, lounge and bedrooms. Leo and Christiana were attentive, lovely hosts. We can't return in 2023 because of other arrangements, but hopefully we'll be back in 2024.
