We spent two weeks at Villa Theaya in September 2024 and had a great time. It feels peaceful but never dull. The villa is huge, with an open-plan kitchen and living room that looks along Corfu's coastline and across to mainland Greece and Albania. Outside, there are lots of sun loungers around the large pool. The covered BBQ area feels like a little private taverna, with a huge BBQ, a fridge, sink and dining table. A fabulous villa in a spectacular spot, with everything you need.

The village of Nisaki is elegant, quiet and uncrowded, with lovely restaurants, bars and convenient shops nearby. Villa Theaya is clean and nicely furnished, and the full kitchen made it easy for us to put together a great breakfast for everyone. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and a lovely balcony. The pool is really nice too. We loved going for a swim at any time of day, then counting shooting stars at night. And those views are absolutely the best.

We were a small group of four adults and four children, and the villa worked perfectly for us. The four bedrooms are spacious and clean, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The pool was spotless and just right for cooling off, and the barbecue area was stunning, with a refrigerator. We also had very friendly, courteous cleaning service every three days during our 14 day stay, which we hadn't expected. The owners were pleasant and easy to communicate with. The terrace and balconies have excellent views across the wide bay and mountains, and the villa isn't overlooked. It's a peaceful, private and especially quiet spot. The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, which got really hot during our July trip. Theaya is a fantastic villa and we can absolutely recommend it. It's about a kilometer up a steep, narrow mountain road from the main road, tavernas and beach.
