Katikies Hotel

Breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, bread, cheese, and meat. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and bedding, and every staff member we met was courteous. We were greeted warmly and the public areas were immaculate. Beautiful hotel in Oia, with amazing service and care for guests' needs. Highly recommended.

The spa was a highlight, tucked into the cliff like a quiet hidden cave. From the design to the staff's kindness, the details made the stay feel special. Katikies Santorini was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in, and the service was warm, genuine, and attentive from beginning to end. I visited toward the end of the season and was surprised with an upgrade to the Presidential Suite, with its own pool overlooking the caldera. The views were breathtaking. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor every morning, and the food was incredible. They even packed a to go breakfast for my early flight. I still dream about those views.

We loved the room and its spectacular view, and the whole team treated us so well. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner at the hotel's restaurant is a must. The tasting menu was phenomenal. It's a short walk to the supermarket, the blue dome, and the little shops in town. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I are visiting Santorini for the first time. We saw a “Champagne Bar” sign near this hotel while walking around and thought it would be a lovely place to relax over drinks and food by the pool. At first, we couldn't find a receptionist to ask for guidance. Several employees were polite but sent us in different directions, and we wound up outside again. When we asked another staff member whether we could use the facilities, he was shockingly rude. Instead of explaining the policy kindly, he interrogated us about how we had entered, said we couldn't be there unless we were hotel guests, and kicked us out. His tone and the way he looked at and dismissed us felt insulting and disrespectful. We'd arrived excited to discover a beautiful spot, but left feeling humiliated. That one employee completely ruined our impression of the hotel, and we would never return or consider booking a stay there. It's a shame such unprofessional behavior overshadowed what could have been a wonderful experience.
