Really good

The beds and pillows left us with back pain for all 10 days, and the old air conditioner above them was noisy. It swung between making the room freezing and barely cooling it. With four of us, the tiny shower was a real hassle: its curtain clung to us, and moving it aside meant water ended up everywhere. There was no bath mat, so we used towels and mopped the floor after every shower. The broken shutter wouldn’t close, which woke the children at 7 a.m. There wasn’t a microwave either, especially inconvenient for the children’s breakfast. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I really don’t recommend this apartment.

Mrs. Martha, her husband, and their daughter were all so helpful and lovely. The rooms were thoughtfully organized and had everything someone staying there would need.

How can he assign me a room online, then tell me over the phone that I can’t have it? It was the last one available. Unacceptable!
