The bedroom windows face the hallway, so they stay closed most of the time, and there isn't a terrace either. The villa is falling apart. The bathroom sewage doesn't work properly: using the sink or shower sends some water out through the drain. There are huge black bugs in the bathroom and yellow ants keep showing up in the kitchen. The unsecured mini-stove gives electric shocks. It's a disaster.
Everything you need is close by, including restaurants and a market, and the beaches are clean with excellent service. We stayed at the end of August. The sea was warm, though the northeast wind made the air feel cool. The studio is cramped, with an extra bed in the double room and hardly any space to move. Internet was very slow or unavailable. Reception gave us codes for each floor, but it only worked on the ground floor.
Really lovely spot.
