Veranta Me Thea

Mrs. Rambella was wonderful, helpful, and such a good person. She gave us useful advice about which beaches to visit and what to do on the days with strong Beaufort winds. The room had everything we needed, including sugar, coffee, jams, and butter, and we were welcomed with a homemade cake. The view was amazing and it’s a great base for excursions. I have only good things to say about the hospitality, and I definitely want to come back.

The terrace has a truly amazing view, and the owner was warm and hospitable. I rented a fully equipped, practical apartment at Veranta me théa, with two bedrooms and a living room that included a kitchen, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The air conditioning also reaches the bedrooms. The website photos really do capture the place. I highly recommend it.

We’re leaving today, and I want to thank Ms. Arabella for her hospitality. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend the place. The apartment had two comfortable rooms with wardrobes, a living room, kitchen, and veranda with incredible views of the Aegean, all at reasonable prices. It’s on the island’s best beach, with the calmest water, even when the wind reaches 8 Beaufort, as it did on 26-27/8/23. We’ll see a full moon tomorrow, a special gift from the store. The facilities are good, and I think a bit of effort and money spent on each apartment could take them up to luxury. As the advertisement said, if you can have all of the above, why not add television, air conditioning, full board, quarantine ....😉 Have a nice winter.....

The hosts were very kind and helpful, and had even left bottled water in the fridge and a cake to welcome us. The apartments sit on a hill with a view over the bay and beach, with Syros and Mykonos off to the left. Chora is about a ten-minute drive away.
