Falireon Hotel

The breakfast was a real letdown. The food looked unappetizing and unclean, and the ingredients and bacon seemed dried out and stale. I strongly discourage staying here because of the poor service and food quality. Our group also had trouble with the bathroom water pressure. It was so low that after a long, exhausting day we couldn't take a proper shower. The hotel couldn't fix it right away and promised to move us to another room, but the next morning turned chaotic. We moved all our luggage downstairs as instructed, then the front desk staff on the new shift refused to change our room.

The location, service, and views were great. The rooms were mostly clean, with just a few scuffs on the floors and walls.

The Falireon handled our large group of 37 students and 9 adults, serving delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners. The restaurant and bar seating is a nice covered patio, with glass walls that cut the wind and street noise. The hotel is just off a public beach, and a supermarket and Starbucks are nearby. Rooms are on the small side but fairly modern, with balconies.

Olga was super nice, and the rest of the staff were pleasant. They had no problem letting me check in two hours early. My room was clean, and I got clean towels every day. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with sausage, bacon, eggs, bread, and more. It's only a few minutes' walk to the airport express bus X96. A colleague in the next room said he had a cockroach, though I didn't see one in my room.
