Homz Studios Faliro

Our ground-floor studio was spacious, clean, and tidy when we arrived, with all the facilities that had been listed. It was a wonderful stay. The host was very friendly and suggested enjoyable things to do as well as good nearby places to eat. The beach, local restaurants, and bakeries were all close, and Athens city center was about 10-15 minutes away by taxi.

The team made us feel welcome from the booking onward, and everyone was kind and helpful when we arrived too. We had a very nice week in studio FH 11 in Paleo Faliro. It had everything we needed, and then some, and matched what we expected. We really enjoyed this part of Athens for our vacation. The local tram made it easy to reach the center, and we could also get to all the beaches along the coast. We were glad we chose them and would consider one of their other apartments next time.

The Homz team were professional, helpful, and very friendly, and I’d happily stay there again. My studio looked just like the photos and was nicely appointed. Its location was ideal, with a supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, and public transport nearby. One thing that bothered me was that my online traffic seemed to be tracked through their WiFi. I know that can happen on any WiFi, but I’d never experienced it before and it creeped me out.

The area around Homz Studios at Palaio Faliro is peaceful, with Greek and international restaurants for almost any taste, supermarkets, and plenty of Greek boutiques. The sea is under 600 meters away, and from the building you can look left and see the amazingly crystal-like sea of Palaio Faliro. Trees and singing birds near the balconies bring the studios to life during the daylight hours. They have what you need for a comfortable short or long stay, and I know the studios well. For travelers who like staying in studios, Homz Studios is the best. The owner and managing director is a decent, reliable woman, very prompt and understanding, and a valuable holiday agent for Athens and its suburbs. The Homz team at Palaio Faliro feel like family, not hosts. They are kindly there with help, advice, or answers to relevant questions to make your stay as pleasant as it should be.
